AMBEST FREEDOM WARRANTY

Coverage for the Ambest Freedom Warranty is 90 days

Warranty coverage is for repairs, parts and labor, listed, purchased and installed by any Ambest Service Center.  Warranty is not assumable and is intended only for the use of the original purchaser and vehicle identified on the participating Ambest Service Center repair order for the warranty period stated.  Part manufacturer's coverage of parts may vary.  Repairs of these items will be done in accordance to manufacturer's warranty subject to Ambest Freedom Warranty time limitations.  Individual products warranties may exceed warranty period stated here; see original repair center for details.  You may have other rights that may vary from state to state, and you must consult with original repair location.

Items covered under the terms and conditions of the Ambest Freedom Warranty are:

A/C Compressors Alternators Brakes Filters Seals Tires*
Engine Air Compressor Batteries* Clutches Exhaust Piping/Muffler Shocks Universal Joints
Airbags Belts Drive Lines Hoses Springs Water Pumps
Air Valves Bearings Fuel Pumps Oil Starter Motors

Coverage, may, at the discretion of the installing location, be extended to other installed parts.  It will be the responsibility of the customer to insure in writing, on the original repair order, the specific intention of the repair location.  This warranty neither replaces, amends nor supersedes any warranty provision of the manufacturer.  All judgments of the manufacturer are final and binding.

Ambest Service Center locations warrants repairs and service to be free from defect in material and workmanship for the warranty period starting from the date of the original repair order.

As purchaser of this warranty, it is fully YOUR obligation to present the original repair order if warranty work is requested. It is your responsibility to reimburse Ambest Service Center of all non-warranty repairs and or other services which you or your representatives have authorized at the time warranty service is extended and performed.

To obtain coverage, customer should return vehicle to servicing location during the warranty period for repair.  Should returning to the original repair location not be possible, customer may present vehicle to any Ambest Service Center location for repair.  Warranty repairs being made by locations not having done original repair will not be started until customer has provided legible copy of original repair order.  In lieu of Ambest Service Center customer may use other sources for warranty repair.  Contact with Ambest Service Center should be made prior to using sources outside the Ambest Service Center network.  Warranty repairs will not exceed the amount of the original repair as stated on the original repair order, including replacement of defective parts.  Any charge above the original repair cost will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.  In no event shall warrantor be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages.  This warranty will not cover the following items under the terms of this warranty:

Axle Alignment both front and rear Clutch and Clutch brake Adjustments Diagnostics Progressive damage Towing Wiring
Brake Adjustments Down time of both Vehicle and Driver All Electrical Items not listed Service vehicle Mileage Tire Balance Any work done incidental to replacement of covered parts

This warranty is not extended to incidental or consequential damages or to failures due to the following:

Accidents, abuse either intentional or accidental, alterations, neglect or lack of proper preventive maintenance, vehicle operations outside of manufacturers specifications, off road usage, or items becoming unserviceable due to normal wear and tear.

Warranty is the sole responsibility of the Ambest Service Center making the original repair not by AMBEST, Inc.
